John Pacovich
President & Executive Director

John is a technology executive with 20+ years of experience delivering innovative solutions for a large private equity firm based out of Washington, DC.  He holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Maryland, an MBA from American University, a Master of Science in Accounting from American University, and a Masters certificate in Cyber Security from Georgetown University.  Outside of work, John volunteers with local conservation and education non-profits, enjoys hiking and gardening, and is passionate about preserving our natural environment.  John moved to the Winchester area in 2020 and is proud to be a resident of Frederick County and calls the area his home.

Mark Podrazik
Vice President

Mark Podrazik is an entrepreneur and business owner who has focused most of his career on the operational aspects of Medicaid programs, as well as program evaluation, managing long-standing client engagements in 14 states.  Mark facilitated helping states with payment reform efforts for services paid to a variety of physical health, mental health, and substance use disorder treatment providers. Mark earned his Bachelor of Science degree from Syracuse University and a Master of Business Administration from Johns Hopkins University.  Mark has never met a piece of yard equipment he does not like, and in his spare time, you will see him tending to the gardens and fields on his 20-acre property or biking on a local trail.

Cynthia Greenya
Treasurer

Cindy Greenya has been buying, selling, and managing Real Estate since 1996. She is a Top Producer and member of the Multi Million Dollar Sales Club, her experience is evident but shows through in her love of marketing and her love of people. Cindy gives back to her local community by serving at her local Realtor Association, Blue Ridge Association of Realtors.  Her philanthropic heart desires to give back to her local community and regularly contributes to Loudoun Abused Women’s Shelter, Valley Assistance Network, Boulder Crest, Bright Futures, and The Laurel Center.  As a Realtor, she feels that it’s a social responsibility that both she and her team give back to the communities they serve.  Born in Okinowa, Japan her early years were spent abroad where her father served in the United States Army. Eventually, her family settled stateside in Burke, Virginia. Cindy purchased her first home in Loudoun and finally settled into Winchester in 2003. In her spare time she enjoys playing the piano, live music, theater arts, and bible study.

Richard Jaucian
Secretary

Richard works in governance and compliance for a large financial institution in Washington, DC. With 20+ years of governance and risk management experience, Richard wants to apply those skills to help small non-profits navigate the course to achieve financial sustainability and appropriate governance oversight so they are able to achieve their long-term program goals. Outside of work, Richard enjoys gardening, bonsai, and spending time with his cat Arya.
